User Rating: / 5

Sunapee or Soo-nipi is Algonquin for the English phrase "Wild Goose Waters"

The entire Sunapee lake is located within the borders of New Hampshire.  The lake is the fifth largest in the state.  The namesake town for this lake is home 3,365 people according to the 2010 census, however this number varies from season to season, given that it a popular place for people, like lead singer of the band Aerosmith Steven Tyler, to place seasonal houses.
